Locus — driver app, offline first
A delivery app that assumes the network is gone, because it usually is.

Drivers lose signal in basements, lifts and most of the older parts of any Indian city. The app treated offline as an error state and showed a spinner, so drivers learned to mark deliveries from the street instead of the door — which broke the proof-of-delivery photo.
We inverted it. Offline became the default assumption: every action queues, every screen shows what is confirmed and what is pending, and nothing ever blocks on the network.
Proof-of-delivery capture went from 71% to 96%.
